L500C Low-foaming surfactants: It is a surfactant specifically used for non-phosphorus and environmentally-friendly spray oil removing, degreasing and cleaning at room temperature. It is a high-quality surfactant produced by applying various foreign latest polyether surfactant and additives and the latest techniques. It can be used to prepare various high-quality cleaning products like oil removing powder, degreasing agent and cleaning agent, for oil removing and degreasing for metal and hard surface with the help of conventional cleaning additives. It has the following advantages:

       High-efficiency--Powerful oil removing and degreasing capability to various stubborn greasy dirt, high efficiency, good durability; alkali and electrolyte resistant, good washability; very suitable to be used in various pretreatment production line of electrophoresis line, electroplating line, vitrification line and coating line; low-foaming (the height of foam on the slot surface is no more than 30mm when conducting normal spraying), under special conditions(when there is more than 1% alkalic salt, and the temperature of spray solution is at least 40℃, the height of foam on the slot surface is  ≤5mm or 0～5mm),it nearly has no foam.

       Energy-conservation--normally used from room temperature to 60℃

Defoaming capability      take 5 drops of L500C and mix it into 200g 2% soda solution, then take out 60ml and drop it into 100ml graduated glass cylinder, heat it in water bath kettle with  constant temperature of 35℃±1℃ for 15 minutes, then take it out and immediately  press the plug tightly, shake the glass cylinder up and down with constant speed for 100 times (about 35cm and 100times/minute), after that, place the cylinder on a platform and open the plug, start a stop watch, 60 seconds later, record the height of rest foams (mm).
